Gavin & Stacey has been released on DVD in Regions 1, 2 and 4.It is also available as a PAL Blu-Ray.
Series 1
This DVD is rated 15 in the UK. The DVD contains the six episodes of series 1, with the following additional features:
- How It Happened (25:00): Behind-the-scenes feature on the making of the first series.
- Outtakes (5:31): Just as it says.
- In Leicester Square (3:11): Behind the scenes footage of the filming of Gavin and Stacey's first meeting. Originally published on YouTube as a teaser for the show.
- Commentary on episodes 1, 3 and 6 with Ruth Jones, James Corden and Christine Gernon.
Series 2
This is a 2-disc set. The episodes themselves are rated 12 in the UK, but the bonus material, and therefore the DVD as a whole, is rated 15. The DVD contains the seven episodes of series 2, with the following additional features:
- Ruth and James: The Story of Series 2 (24:58): Documentary feature on the making of S2.
- Outtakes (9:36): Yes, it's outtakes.
- Ruth & James on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross (8:24): Feature following Jones and Corden before, during and after an appearance on the eponymous talk show.
- Uned 5 Set Visit (2:44): Clip from a Welsh-language kids' show where the presenter looks around behind the scenes and talks to Ruth Jones.
- In-vision commentary on all episodes with Jones, Corden and Gernon, plus Matt Horne, Joanna Page, Melanie Walters, Larry Lamb and Alison Steadman.
Christmas Special
Rated 12. The DVD has one bonus feature:

Series 3
A single disc, rated 12. The bonus features are:

Sadly no commentaries on this one either.
